Easy to submit invoices on line; for future reimbursements I will use direct pay (which was also easy to set up). What’s not to like? One hopes they never need to use insurance, but it is a blessing when your animal family gets ill.

I just switched to Pumpkin Pet Insurance, from Wagmo, but haven't had a chance yet to file a claim. The online purchasing experience was good. Looking forward to filing first claim and seeing how the payment/refunds work.

Easy to submit claims. Fast turnaround time for responses to claims. Not a lot of time doing paperwork.

Claims are processed quickly and refund payment is all done in less than a week. Couldn't be happier. Much better than my other pet insurance who would find any reason not to reimburse submitted claims
