And it archives and exports feedback nicely in case you need to file it away as a part of your QA/QC process. And I cannot emphasize this enough: their team is amazing. They have the most responsive help desk I've ever seen and they've even developed *new* features based on my feedback!!! Punchlist has made website review cycles a breeze.
