There was a young lady with the company named Dwanya. She was so curteous and went way beyond to help me with my problem. I know it wasnt easy buy she kept at it until she found a resolution. We even got disconected at one point and i was surprised because before i had a chance to call back and wait on hold all over again, she called me back! I am forever grateful to this employee. She deserves a raise!
