I was so touched and pleased to receive my print. pupper crust did a beautiful job with the print I submitted. Price, delivery time, communication, and packaging are wonderful. I submitted my second order not long after receiving the first. I highly recommend them!!

Absolutely love it! The framed picture arrived rather quickly. The image looks exactly like my girl and hangs in the hallway where she used to lay.

I have been awaiting communication for an order for a Birthday present , this company is asleep at the wheel! It Does not communicate well and it has been “sent to the Printer for over a week”

I have 5 dogs and ordered prints for three of them so far. I am in the process of ordering prints for my other two dogs. The prints are so incredibly beautiful. I could not be happier. Uploading my pictures was easy. Completing my order was simple and straightforward. I highly recommend! Thanks for the great job.

Beautiful portrait of my sweet Pixie girl, a lovely memory for me to see everyday.

I ordered one to different company and it was awful. I had to threw it away. I saw this company site and I ordered again not expecting much. Today we received the beautiful portrait and we love it.

Despite my initial apprehension, I must express my satisfaction with the photographs of my two Yorkies. The quality of the images surpassed my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Pupper Crust for their exceptional service.

I placed an order with Puppercrust in early March for a framed portrait and an unframed portrait. There were some complications with the order but in the end Puppercrust made everything right. I am beyond happy with the portraits I received!

Hi Grace, Thank you for sharing your experience, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the missing item in your order. You're absolutely right — regardless of being a small business, you deserved a timely response, and we dropped the ball. I've looked into your order and identified the issue: your framed portrait wasn't properly linked to your artwork due to a technical error on our end. I've already issued a full $100 refund for the inconvenience, and I've also reached out to you directly via email so we can get the correct framed portrait printed and shipped to you as quickly as possible — at no additional cost. I'm also truly sorry to hear about the loss of your bichon frise. I know how much our dogs mean to us, and I want to make sure you have a beautiful framed portrait to remember her by. Again, I take full responsibility for this experience. If there's anything else I can do, please don't hesitate to reach out.
