I am not happy that I bought 3 books from PDIC & was offered a gift, but they are unable to fulfill that reward!! Every book that was listed on their website was SOLD OUT. When I reached out in a chat, I was told I could go to Amazon to purchase. My discount from PDIC would not be honored there, so what’s the point of claiming a gift for your purchases!?!?

I had ordered 2 sets of books but somehow I ended up with a year long subscription which I did not want. I emailed customer service and was immediately told I would be refunded the amount that was removed from my bank account. Good customer service and cute books.

I have ordered a dozen or so books from PDIC. They have great moral lessons told in a kind and relatable way for young children. The illustrations are adorable. I recently needed to cancel my online subscription for the digital library as we aren’t using it anymore. While the website wouldn’t allow me to get to the appropriate page, a quick chat exchange took care of the problem.

I do like the book choices but sloped in the Extras that I didn’t realize. They were able to refund right away

My subscription fee was $10 and when I wanted to cancel that it was super easy through the website. We do enjoy the books I have ordered

I think the three books I ordered will actually be of value to us. I didn’t realize I was signing up for a subscription when I ordered and when the subscription came out of my bank account, I contacted for help to cancel and had no problem getting my money back immediately. I am happy with the books and the customer service I received.

SOS I placed an order today January 25th 2023 I believe I included the apartment number but I don't see it in the mailing bill please include my apartment number otherwise I will not receive it as I live in a huge complex my apartment number is 28-D How can I speak to you?
