I sent an email to this company this morning and within an hour I received a response from Emma. She was pleasant and professional and we were able together to resolve my issue. You are a fortunate company to have a woman of this caliber in your employ.

Emma responded to every one of my emails within minutes of me sending them. Although my order was lost in technology hell, and took longer to resolve than it should have, Emma was amazing in assuring me that I was not out the money for the order I placed.

Great product at a fair price. They really work as our pups occasionally have accidents. I would say 95% of the time they use the puppy pads.

It was our 2nd purchase. 1st buy at 8months ago, with 3 puppy pad, it’s time to buy more for rotation. It’s works well with small dogs that pee at home. Great Product. Customer service was awesome and prompt, had issues with check out. Prompt follow up allow assurance that concern was managed.
