I have been a fan of the PuppyPad for about a year now. Halfway through that year I really started using the detergent sheets…. Huge difference! The pads come out cleaner and last longer. Customer service quickly helped me out when I accidentally signed myself up twice for the detergent sheets… what a great team!

I needed to cancel a subscription I had, there was no issues at all with the products they were excellent. My circumstances have changed and the products are no longer required. The most important thing was the interactions I had via email with Emma. She was very fast with responding and helping me with my situation. Excellent customer service and understanding

Every item I ordered came as expected and packaged very well. Even the box with the puppy detergents arrived without dents or torn. Very good. The pads are so great. I am in a wheelchair and often not able to take Ruby out especially when it rains. So, these pads never fail. She hits the mark everytime. These pads are great Thank You!
