I truly appreciate the support Emma has given me as I try to get my sweet Bailey to use the PuppyPads. He is a 7-year-old Shih Tzu who is a little stubborn and wants things his way. Emma has been very helpful in trying to help Bailey make the transition to the PuppyPads. Maybe someday he will decide he likes them. I'll keep trying. He may surprise me in the future!

Emma is amazing! She went above and beyond for us. She help me with my order when I had an issue and was so kind about asking about my dog. When I told er she was sick and how she is feeling. It just made my day to know that she not only takes her job seriously but she cares for the people and pets she come in contact with. It took my dog time to use the pads but she uses them everyday now. Emma encouraged me when my dog wasn't getting use to the pads and he help me find ways to get her use to them.
