I love my puppypads ! We live in the country so we don't let our 5 lb. dog go outside unless he is on a leash. So using puppypads is a wonderful solution! I also love that I can actually interact with a person when I have a question or concern.

Very helpful regarding delays in subscription and helping with cancellations. The puppypad worked great for training and has prevented a lot of accidents at home during the first few weeks. I purchased my Puppy Pad in October of 2025. It didn't work at all. That's fine, it came with a 90 day money back guarantee. I returned it and never received a credit. There isn't a phone number that I can find to call them. I emailed them, and I only received AI responses telling me that I would get my refund. Now I have to sue them for my $88. I should have told my credit card about this fraud, but I waited over the 90 days. Update: After writing my review, I immediately heard from Puppy Pad and they were very apologetic. It took them only 5 days for me to receive my refund after they emailed me. I am very happy that I don't have to go to small claims court. It is very nice when a company makes things right. I'm going to raise my experience from a 1 star to a 3 star.

It's been a challenge to train my puppy, even with the pads, but it seems to have clicked in her little brain to use them . On the whole they are working very well.

My experience with puppy pads has been positive from the start. My dog is very well trained and he doesn’t use them necessarily daily. However, as a backup, these are excellent and have saved many a messy situation. Thanks to Emma and the rest of the team for adjusting my shipping that doesn’t necessarily require month-to-month auto deliveries.
