I’ve used puppy pads for my 3.5 pound Yorkie since I got her. She’s just too small to be going outside much with all the hawks we have around our home. I just upgraded to your pads and love them. They absorb everything and are so easy to clean. And I like the option to get different sizes.

I received an email about an auto shipment that I didn't realize I was signed up for. I emailed the company and Emma responded like a pro. At first she moved the shipment back 1 month. She then received another email from me stating the pads didn't work for us so I donated to a local rescue and really didn't need the detergent. She kindly stopped and canceled the auto shipment. She was polite and understanding and even personable. Thank you Emma! She deserves a raise😊.

Had an issue with lingering odor on my puppy pads. Emma walked me through trouble shooting why or how this may be happening. She was very thorough and gave me great advice to help get the odor out.

Savings by not repeatedly buying expensive disposable puppy pads that leak.
