Puppypad is a new company for me! I was hesitant to make a purchase, much less begin a subscription! However, when my concerns were addressed within minutes by Emma, my doubts completely faded away! Emma was not only patient and professional, but warm and personable! She is quite a treasure! I no longer would think twice about trusting puppypad with my fur babys needs!

I have since liaised with Puppy Pad who were very proactive in dealing with my issue and we have come to a very prompt review and resolution so I am now happy with how this was dealt with and thank Puppy Pad with their speed in response just wish other companies would be as responsive as them thank you

Emma!! I've had several questions and when I messaged she's been on top of it! This is all new to me and she's been Great!! I really appreciate it and her!! For the next section I don't have any pictures. Sadie's not used the pad yet.
