I ordered the white pads this time with the little puppies on it. But I found them to be more than the gray ones. My puppy still doesn’t pee on it except for it now and then. But I was wondering if you have a bigger size?

Be very careful ordering from this company. This company popped up on a Facebook advert and appeared to be UK based. I was going to purchase but stopped when I realised that the transaction was trying to go through in USD and not the GBP that had been shown up to that point. I terminated the transaction. My bank then contacted me to say that a fraud alert had been triggered on my account as this company was trying to set up a monthly subscription for the same amount as the puppy pads. At no point did I agree to this and I am thankful that my bank caught it and they are now blocked from taking money from my account.

I dealt w/Emma. She was a great help! I rcvd an email reminding me my laundry sheets would be shipping in 3 days. Well, my dog had not taken to using the puppy pads as I had hoped for. She told me what to do and I'm looking forward to following her instructions! I'm so grateful for such fast help and her kindness! Wonderful customer service! Thank you!

It has worked great for pee but my puppy is very stubborn when it comes to pooping on the pad. She will eventually learn. I do love that they are washable.
Customer
Great product. Dogs use them without any problems. Wash up well.

I had an issue with payment and Emma went above and beyond to sort it for me. She was quick to reply and suggested numerous different ways to fix the issue. To be honest i probably wouldnt have bought the item if it wasn't for her help.
