Firstly Puppy Pads customer service has been excellent, very communicative and prompt with their responses. However, most importantly the pads WORK. I am a new dog mom, I didn’t grow up with pets so trying to house train one made me nervous but she instantly she went right to the pad, even when I had to move it to another area she went right to it. Initially I ordered 3 but recently ordered 3 more! I love this product.

I’m extremely happy with the puppy pads! Before them, there would be accidents everywhere. Now, there are very few. The fact that these pads can’t be easily destroyed is also a time and money saver! Love them!

Puppy Pads are amazing! We ordered six more to have plenty to change every day. These are much better than the disposable pads, which sometimes leak over the edges and get all over the floor.

the pads worked great and easy to clean! I rinse mine with the hose and them straight to the washer! Customer service was courteous and professional and answered my questions promptly!

The pad works well for my dogs. I have 6 little dogs and they do seem drawn to the pad. They wash and dry well. My only issue is the cost since I need to use several pads with multiple dogs.
