The product is really great. It really works well, and the customer service is out of this world. If you have any questions, they are right there to give you any help they can give you. They gave me ideas to help me with other problems I was having with my twin puppies that really helped me a lot with them. All I had to do was ask.

I bought these in 2024 when I got my new puppy. I really couldn't believe how they work. I can just toss in the washer and dryer, good as new. The very cold weather lately I pulled them out, Max is house broken but he immediately went to these pads when the weather would not allow us to take walks. I recommend them to everyone.

I was able to resolve a situation right away when I contacted them through email. I was on autoship and needed to stop it. They immediately responded to my email and removed the autoship. Great customer service!
