I got shipment without trouble, It came on multiple days but that didn't matter. I Have the puppy pads because I have one dog that won't go out in the rain or if it smells like rain. I am hopeful he will use these instead of my carpet.

The pads came promptly. They're actually very cute. They're absorbent and they wash well.

At first I wasn't sure this was a good decision, it took a few weeks for my cockapoo to start using the pad rather than the rug, but once she started using the pads, she only uses the pads. They wash up great, and helps her training. She has always been so so about house training. The pads have been great. They hold a lot and come out of the wash sparkling clean. I purchased the laundry soap as well and I just washed four pad and they are very bright and clean and smell fresh. I am very pleased with them.

I have responded at least five times. This product does not work once again if you look at my previous complaints, you offered me a 40% refund . I responded telling you you should give me a 90% refund. What kind of company do you represent. It doesn’t work totally dissatisfied.

Puppy pads arrived in a timely manner. They seem to be a good quality and well made. Unfortunately, my senior dogs won't use them. If I can't get them to change their minds, I'll pass them on to a friend whose dogs already use washable pads.

After complaint to Puppypad, with numerious useless email comminucation for days. I have received a phone from Andrew directly and issue a full refund and solve the immediately after hearing and understand the detail and my frustration. I am happy to say them this is how good customer service and support should be and I wish their support team continue growth and improve more down the road to earn more 5 stars.
