We placed an order on 10/19 and as of 11/5 we still have not received the product. I emailed and waited for a response but did not hear from anyone so I emailed again on 10/29 This time someone emailed me back on 10/30 and said that my order was shipping out. It’s now 11/5 and we still haven’t heard anything nor have we received the item ordered and paid 50.00 for. I would never order again and do not recommend this company.

The product, Puppy Pads, do exactly what is advertised! My puppy would do her business on the old paper sheets and anywhere else on the floor. I started using the cloth pads and it is like they say, she was drawn to them immediately! We love them! ❤️

I was amazed at how well the pads work. And no more buying those plastic things! My fur babies are drawn to them. They are everything the company says they are! I could not be more thrilled. They wash up very nicely. I am addicted to them. You will not be disappointed.

I have begun using puppy pads from this company probably about two + years ago when I found them online. they really caught my attention because I’ve spent a fortune on those paper ones you get at the store and they just don’t hold up . I was also having trouble with my dog not using the paper ones! She would go all around them mostly! When I purchased the puppy pads, my baby doggie was instantly and automatically attracted to them. I was delightfully happy and truly surprised by the difference in Molly! I knew I could return them if they didn’t work for me, however, YAY! What a difference the have made in my life and my babies life! That being said, there’s nothing wrong with the ones I bought two years ago. They still are wonderful and like new still. I washed them every time they get dirty and yet, they are still holding up so very well. I have recently purchased another 9 of them. I have used them during the winter last year to put under my plants! I have no complaints about them whatsoever. I try to tell everyone about them. Hopefully one day they will try them. I know it seems a bit much in the beginning, it doesn’t seem cheap yet if you try them they save one so very much money in the long run.(I have saved hundreds of dollars! plus they have bonus pads they give away with your order from time to time). What has one to lose? If you have a baby doggy you truly need to try these. I can’t live without them. I refuse to do that again!

Love this product. It looks great and my furkids are learning to use them after many years of using fake grass matting placed on blue disposable pads. They are pretty to look at, easy to wash and there is no smell.

I find some of the comments to be untrue, and falsified. Reason, example "Yolanda" no last name given, states shes used this product from this company for 20 years. This is not possible if the company was created on July 17, 2020. Further the company will not list their actual address of phone number. It all shows "REDACTED FOR PRIVACY", This shows me that they are not an honest company. I tend to do research on companies I'm not familiar with, this one has too many red flags. Don't feel like being scammed today.

I ordered these pads because they claimed they are MANUFACTURED and SHIPPED from Wisconsin, in the United States. It took quite a long time to get to me, and I figured they were not coming from Wisconsin. I was correct. They came from China, and the pads were made in China. I contacted the company right away, in order to initiate a return under their 90 day guarantee. I received an AI response, with an address to an empty, huge warehouse. So now, I have zero viable options. If I spend my own money to ship back these worthless pads, I’ll be out the cost of the pads, the cost of the shipping to “return” them, and be left with nothing. There are absolutely no pheromones on these pads, either. They are just cheap pads. A word of advice: if a company does not list any contact information when you are ordering from them, no return information, either, RUN! The crap is coming from China, and you’ll never see your money again.
