I have three dogs under 11lbs. They use puppy pads. We have spent a fortune buying puppy pads. I came across these reusable cloth puppy pads and they are absolutely wonderful. I have bought 12 of them so we can switch them. We don't have wet floors anymore and they wash up great. The dogs adjusted to them without any problems. Don't hesitate to purchase them.

Well…it’s been about a week and my puppies (two American BullyXL sisters) have taken very well to the puppy pads. Hindsight being 20/20, I wish I had purchased the largest ones instead of the medium size because their aim isn’t the greatest all the time, but they’re adjusting. I will say, however, that I did order another brand to fill in the blanks for the times when the 6 I ordered are washing, but it is NOT the same. My husband went ahead and ordered 6 more just yesterday. There IS a difference. Thank you, Puppy Pad, for saving my family room floor! :) UPDATE: If I could give TEN STARS, I would. I reached out yesterday with a question/issue with thr website jot allowing me to add the laundry sheets to my cart. Their rep Emma literally stayed in communication with me via email ALL DAY. She found that I already had a subscription to the laundry sheets (which I forgot about lol) and was super friendly and accommodating from start to finish. I know my puppies won’t need ouppy pads forever, but this company will be at the top of my list for any and everyone who gets new puppies. I highly recommend.

We were a little disappointed that the Mats are made in China not the USA .Also the price is a little high for China stuff .Since I got our order Buy 2 get 1 free now it’s buy 3 get 3 ? After washing our mats in the washing machine I first fines them outside then wash them in a very mild soap Woolite. Then we dry them on the line they dry quick . The corners want to turn up ? Any ideas .

There was a mistake with an order being on subscription when I had asked that there be no subscription. When I got the notice they were about to ship an order, I immediately contacted them again and within 5 min, Emma had taken care of the issue, made certain that the subscription was cancelled and created a refund for me. Can't get any better or faster than that. Their customer service matches their product. Love my puppy pads

Performance was as described most of the time. Things have gotten better since the arrival of pads. Still Hoping for improvement as time goes by . Both dogs are rescue Beagles, approx. 12-14 yrs old. And very very loveable ! I am patiently waiting for a miracle 🤗

Although I am having trouble with the training, the support I have been getting from the company has been beyond what I expected. They followed up after my purchase to see how it was going and when I let them know it wasn't, they promptly gave me ideas to help with the potty training. Even though it was the weekend they responded quickly. Great customer service!

Puppy Pad is amazing. The people supporting it are even better. I recently worked with Emma to reschedule a shipment. We did this on a SUNDAY!!!! Thank you Emma for being there when I needed assistance.
