This order keeps going on and on. To sell other products. I just want to try the hair product to see first I, if I feel and see the progress. I gets confused when trying to get my order through.

Hi Debra, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the ordering process felt long and confusing, especially when you simply wanted to try the hair product first. The additional offers are completely optional, but we understand how they can make the process feel overwhelming. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your comments to help improve the checkout experience. If you need any assistance with your order, we’re here to help.

I’m very interested in the shampoo, to see if it works as well as advertised. If it doesn’t, I’ll return it. But, I didn’t like being dragged through more ads for items I didn’t want. I couldn’t complete my shampoo order without going through at least 5 more lengthy ads. I really hope this shampoo does what is advertised.

Dear Lynn, Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for giving our shampoo a try — we truly appreciate it. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to go through multiple offers when you’re just trying to place your order. That’s not the kind of experience we want you to have, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. We’re excited for you to try the shampoo and sincerely hope you love the results. If you need anything at all — whether it’s tips, questions, or support with a return — we’re here for you.

Hi Linda, Thank you for sharing your experience and your honest thoughts. We truly understand how challenging it can be to manage thinning hair, especially later in life, and we’re glad you’re giving our product a try. Many of our customers have seen encouraging results over time, even with fine, fragile hair like yours. We hope you enjoy the experience—and maybe even get that little smile you mentioned from seeing some positive changes! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions while using it.
