Thank you for sharing your feedback,
Paula. We take concerns like this seriously and want to clarify a few important points.
First, we always strive to provide accurate and transparent information about our kittens. In some cases, ages may be updated when we receive the most recent veterinary records from breeders, and this information is communicated to prospective adopters as soon as it is confirmed.
Regarding location, we work with a network of reputable breeders in several countries, including parts of Europe. This is not hidden, and many purebred cats are commonly sourced internationally. All kittens are transported following international pet travel regulations, veterinary checks, and health certifications to ensure their safety and well-being.
We understand that international adoption is not the right choice for everyone. However, deposits are used to reserve a specific kitten and cover administrative and coordination costs, which is why they are generally non-refundable once a kitten has been taken off the market.
Our goal is always to match families with healthy, well-cared-for kittens while maintaining clear communication throughout the process. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected], and we would be happy to continue the conversation and work toward a resolution.
