I had a disappointing experience with a separate breeder and was relieved when I found PurebredKitties. Even then though they are a LOT more expensive than usual, the adoption specialist was with me every step of the way - towards the end I was nervous and asked for my deposit back since I wasn't receiving the regular updates I was promised, and the pick up date changed the day before I was due to get my baby and I missed out on 2 weeks with her - however, they compromised and delivered her instead. The kitten I received is healthy & extremely socialized. I could not have asked for a better kitten. Her personality is amazing and I owe that to the breeder who did such a great job. It made the difficulties at the end worth it, even though I still think they should have returned my deposit given the 2-week mix up and lack of weekly updates that come with the price of adoption. Everyone should adopt from the breeder I had because he did such a good job raising her. I recommended them to a family friend who will likely adopt with them.

Hi Leah! Thank you for your feedback, and we truly apologize for the delays and lack of updates you experienced during the process. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with the last-minute schedule changes. We’re so happy to hear that your kitten is healthy and has such a wonderful personality—that's our top priority. To make it right, we’d like to offer you a $250 discount on your second kitten adoption with us, with no expiration date. We hope this helps, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for recommending us to your family friend, and we’re glad your experience ended on a positive note!

I adopted a Bengal and it was a fluid process all along, since the moment i spoke to Kim before the adoption till i pick her up, everything was perfect. Kim was there at any time to answer my questions (sorry Kim i was anxious). They sent me weekly videos and info that allowed me to know the wellness of the kitten along the way and how she was doing and feeling with the vaccines. There was a small delay to pick the kitten up due to her not eating and they kept me posted almost every day that week and it was nothing to worry about. Alona was her nanny and she was really nice too, asked her some questions about the food and she was there aswell. I definitely recommend this page and don't be scared about anything, they are passionate about what they do. Would adopt by them again!

Kim was absolutely 💯 on the ball. She was so sweet. Easy to talk with. If she couldn't answer a question she would get sn answer and get right back to me. I will definitely work with her again for a second addition to my family in the future. If I could give her 100 stars I would!! ❤️❤️ everyone was very pleasant throughout the whole process. I love you all. Thank so very much. ❤️❤️

The process was seamless thanks to Kim! Great communication, and transport/pickup was a piece of cake. The kitty is even more stunning in person! We are very happy!

Why can’t you go in person and get the pet!!well people don’t transmit diseases to animals. I feel that paying that much money we should be able to see the one we pick as we would not want to see each and everyone of them only our pick. Thank you for replying back.

Hi Lanell! Thank you for your feedback. We understand that purchasing a pet is a big decision, and we appreciate your concerns. We do not offer in-person meet-and-greets for the safety and well-being of our kittens. At this stage, we feel that limiting outside visitors helps protect their health and ensures they are raised in the safest, most secure environment possible. However, we are more than happy to offer alternatives! We can arrange FaceTime or Zoom calls with our kittens, or provide customized videos to give you a closer look at their personalities and surroundings. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your decision, and we’re here to help in any way we can. We hope this information clarifies our policies, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Can you normalize putting the age of their parents please? I want a super big Maine coon.

Thank you for your feedback Arianna! We truly appreciate your suggestion and will work on incorporating this information into our listings. During our phone call, we’d be happy to provide insights on which kittens are likely to grow the largest and help you select from the biggest genetic lines. We look forward to speaking with you soon!
