Good deal, but beware of misinformation
The 50% off was a good deal, however the person who sold us the unit misinformed me and my friend twice. First they informed us we would not have to pay until july, which was not true since our next payment was due mid june. Then she made us aware that we would not be given a late fee until july 18... Which also was not true. She has since informed us that since she has changed locations, what she previously said no longer applies to her and that it was our fault as a customer for not asking more questions to her co-workers for correct information. As a result be careful of unprofessional behaviour amongst the staff.

It Was my First Time to use a Storage facility.
It was my first time ever to get a Storage place. Christina in the Buckeye, AZ office was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend Purely Storage to anyone.
