The original order immediately came back with a "subscription", I did not order. I canceled that and received a confirmation email for the 2 gloves. It than took 12 days and several emails to "supposedly " be shipped appropriately 190 miles. The car that delivered it threw the package out the car window onto the driveway and drove off. I'll be watching out for additional charges on my card but will never order from them again. Beware.

I ordered a pure path glove with the promotion of “ buy one get one free” I only received one. I sent an enquiry concerning this and was informed that I only ordered only the one glove and they are sorry that their advertising is misleading, I have reviewed their ad and connor see where I may have been misled. Their advertising clearly states that “ buy one get one free” no where is there a tick box or any other selection to make to receive this special offer. I would not recommend this product or company for any purchases of any product they sell. Robert

Very poor support. Ordered the glove on 31st of August, got an email via which I could supposedly track my order but there was not a tracking number I could use. Contacted support right away to find out that to this day, my order has not been shipped. Should have stayed away...

I placed my order on 8/5/26, the order supposedly shipped 8/14 via SpeedX (which is the worst shipper in the USA) and it is now 9/10 and no package. I have sent 5 emails to Pure Path and not one response over 2 weeks. I contacted SpeedX and they do not know location of my package. This is a scam, do not buy anything from them.
