Ordered a new filter and received cat litter box wipes instead. It about a week to contact your company but when you finally contacted me back you did make it right and sent the new filter I originally ordered. Have only been using for about a week, so don’t know if it works yet for my application.

After ordering the wrong part, I tried to contact customer service multiple times to return and reorder. which took almost 2 weeks. It was only until I reached out via Facebook that anybody acknowledge the request. Once customer service reached out the next day, the situation was resolved. However, this had already left a very bad taste.
