Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

The first time I ordered, the puzzles came quickly and were a pleasure to assemble. I ordered again on December 3, and received an email the next day that “Your order is on its way.” On December 10 I emailed because I hadn’t received the puzzles. I received the reply “Your order has already been shipped and is on its way to you now!” Tonight (December 16), I checked the USPS website with the tracking number I was given. Their site said “Label Created, not yet in system.” According to an email from PuzzlesUp, the estimated delivery date is “Dec 24-Dec 26”. It feels like I am being given the runaround. Have my puzzles even been shipped?!?

Extremely beautiful puzzles with lots of details. My first order had tons of great discounts, and shipping was fast. I originally gave 4 stars because my second order got delayed and lost in the mail, but the customer service team was very helpful and quick to refund or send a replacement, so I updated to 5 stars.

First the artwork is beautiful and very versatile. I love Mother Nature featured in such a fun way..building the wild life one piece at a time. I just received all my puzzles and getting ready to send one to my second mother Margaret Jimenez in Tracy California she is 97 years old and this will be a birthday present.

Puzzles Up has great customer service! When my package didn’t arrive they offered suggestions on where it could have ended up and offered to replace the items with me only paying the shipping. Ultimately, my package showed up, but it was the fast response and genuine care that meant them most!
