Delivery of telescope was slow. Have now received it -- found it to be very useful to me to watch sports ( have failing eyesight ). Is compact easy to carry - easy to focus. Thank you for your courtesy when replying to my inquiries.

I ordered on Feb 7th. I finally received a response to my 3rd email on Feb 25th. Today is March 4th and delivery is showing for Mar 6th. Your shipping and customer service are terrible.

My phone has a significantly better zoom than those binoculars. Adaptation to the phone does not work, only a small circle-shaped blurry image is visible. None of the features in the ad, magnification max 32 times. A truly miserable show!

I ordered weeks ago and I still have not received the item. It doesn’t matter how well something works if you never get it.
