Paid my loan off early with the assumption I would be able to apply for a larger amount only to be told that they were no longer funding new or returning customers.

It's a company that takes advantage of a bad situation If your back is against the wall Yes you can get a loan but the cast is over the top Okay I am out of the bad situation but I wonder if I made my life worst for the next 8 months? like I said it is your choice you don't have to click submit

I would not use this service again, based solely on the customer service interactions that I experienced. I had to email about 15 times with no results, and speak to a total of 8 representatives in a 2-3 day time frame. I would not recommend this to anyone else, despite the 329% interest rate that they get you on.

Very slow processing

Thinking about appying for a loan, but, hesitated when they wanted my banking info, prior to approval. Why would they need my banking. Info inadvance, when there's a possibilities, I.could be declined. If approved, then yeah, ok. But prior to. Just doesn't feel right..

I had called and wanted to speak with someone about my account and status of loan, but then waited on hold for 23 minutes then I just hung up. This took place on Monday December 12, 2016

Not as quickly as stated on the internet, also i received no type of feedback updating me on my app process, or what was needed to complete it. I had to call everyday just to make sure no additional documents were needed. I was not a happy at all.

I had to call to verify my information. I was on hold for over an hour which was completely unacceptable. You should call the customer instead.
