Hi Chris,
We’re sorry that you feel this way, but we do need to clarify what happened in your case.
You placed your order for an X1 Spark M on May 10, 2026, and contacted us approximately 12 hours later to request a cancellation. We acknowledge that you contacted us within the applicable cancellation period. However, by the time your cancellation request was received and processed, your order had already been fulfilled and shipped due to our fast order processing. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
Once we confirmed that the order had already shipped, we did not refuse to help you. We provided you with a return solution and first advised you to refuse delivery. We also explained that if the package could not be refused, we would provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label so you could return the bike to us after delivery.
You also stated that we had changed your order from size L to size M. We explained to you several times that we did not alter your order. Our original order records and shipping records document the transaction and can be used to verify the information.
At the time of this review, the bike has still not been returned to us. You subsequently opened a dispute with your bank, and the bank has already issued you a full refund. For this reason, we believe it is important to clarify that we did not simply keep your money and refuse to refund you, as this review suggests.
We also want to address your comments about reviews. We do not remove negative reviews simply because they are negative. Your previous review was removed through the platform’s moderation process because it contained insulting or abusive language. We did not manipulate or selectively remove your review, and we do not control the platform’s moderation decisions. Our reviews across platforms include a variety of customer experiences, both positive and negative.
We understand that this situation was frustrating for you, and we respect your right to share your experience. However, we also hope you will understand why we need to correct statements that do not accurately reflect your order history, the solutions we offered, or the current status of the case.
