Harrison and LaDarrell came early and installed the insulation and did the mold treatment in record time. They explained everything the they were doing and answered all my questions. Sean had an excellent presentation and made it easy to understand all the products

Harrison, Ladarrell were on time and completed the job in a timely manor. The experience worth he company was great. From James coming out to inspect the house to the two lads installing the product. They showed me a before and after of the mold and was nice to see a very big difference!

It is with great pleasure that I write a customer review for Quality Eco Technologies. We were invited to a presentation in Wilmington, NC, and received excellent information from Shaun B. He shared valuable facts about how to have an energy efficient/ healthy home. We were impressed with all of the products but needed to address the one area that was of greatest interest to us. We decided to have the TriGuard insulation. Mark came to our home and did a walk through. He give us a fair estimate and pricing. He was professional and reassuring that we would see a difference in our energy bill. T The day of the insulation, Nicholas W. showed up on time and presented himself in very professional manner as well. He was very conscientious about he work and very efficient. He was a steady worker and kept us informed of his progress. We saw before and after picture and was quite satisfied with his work. Thank you Quality Eco Technologies. Linda L.

This is intended to be a fair, complete and honest evaluation of my recent experience with Quality Eco Technologies. Please read to the end. My wife and I attended QET's free dinner sales presentation on or about 8/12/2021 and agreed at that time to have one of their representatives visit our home and perform a free/no obligation inspection of our home in order to determine the degree of need for any of their products. Jason performed the inspection on 8/13/2021. He informed us that we had mold in our attic (which he had taken pictures of) and that their RMR Mold Treatment would eliminate it. I can't recall exactly what, if any, long-term warranty of the mold treatment was discussed but was told later by Quality's office that there was no written warranty for the mold treatment but that a free annual inspection would be done. He told us our current attic ventilation fan was doing very little to control the humidity and temperature and that QET's Tri-Guard Solar Attic Ventilation Fan would take care of the problem. In addition, he said our soffits were clogged and would need to be cleared out to maximize the ventilation in the attic. We discussed QET's Tri-Guard Multi-Layer Insulation and the Eco Probiotics System. We decided to purchase all of the above and the installation took place on 8/18/2021, performed by Jaden and Derrick. It was very hot that day but Jaden moved all the boxes that were in our attic and laid the MLI insulation without complaint. Derrick installed the Solar Attic fan and the Eco Probiotics machine under our home as well as giving Jaden some help in the attic. When I asked Jaden about clearing the soffits, he told me that he had not had time to do that and someone would be assigned to come back and complete that part of the job. Both guys were courteous and professional throughout the day in spite of the heat. They had been expected to be finished at our home by 2pm that day but it took them until about 5pm to finish. I was present with them all day and can testify they wasted no time. There was apparently some miscommunication between Jason and Jaden/Derrick about how many boxes would need to be moved in the attic and that seemed to be the cause of the additional 3 hours needed to complete the job. I signed the Certificate of Completion before they left even though I had been unable to see what Derrick had done under the house with the Eco Probiotics machine. The following day I went under the house (which I do not do very often since I'm in my late seventies) to see if the machine was operating and it was not. The light on the machine was red, indicating the machine was not working and obviously wasn't out of solution since it had just been installed. In addition, Derrick had chosen to unplug our dehumidifier in order to plug in the Eco machine. I had a multi-plug receptacle that I used to accommodate both the dehumidifier and the Eco machine and could have provided that the previous day. I contacted Jason about the problem and was asked if I could wait a couple weeks until they had an opening in their schedule in order for them to replace the Eco machine. I was fine with that since I'd been without an Eco Probiotics system for 50 years and another few weeks didn't seem to be a major issue. DeVonta came to our home on 9/7/2021 and replaced the Eco machine and it seems to be operating fine since then. He was also a very courteous and professional young man who said he'd been with QET for just a few months. DeVonta had also been advised to clear the soffits that Jaden and Derrick had not had time to do. When he attempted to do so, he discovered that they did not need clearing because a screen was installed in front of them to keep the blown insulation in our attic from reaching them. I contacted Jason about DeVonta's findings and suggested that perhaps I was due a small refund, since I had paid for the service that proved to be unnecessary. I also asked about the manufacturer's warranties on the items we had purchased. He said he would contact management about it. Up until this time, Jason had been as responsive and helpful as anyone I'd ever dealt with but after this time, I was unable to make contact with him and had to call QET's HQ in Richmond. Each call was answered promptly and courteously and I was told they would be forwarding my concerns to a supervisor. After 2-3 phone calls, I received the manufacturer's warranties from Richmond and also a call from Mark who told me I should receive my refund within a few days, which I did. In conclusion, with everything that was involved with my particular job, and the labor challenges that all companies are faced with these days, I have been pleased with QET's service and their products. The QET organization proved to be responsive and fair and I would recommend them to any prospective customer.

We had an excellent experience with the Quality Eco Technologies service engineer who installed our new solar attic ventilation system. He arrived on time, explained the installation process, and got to work quickly. He was very organized and after safely completing the installation, took the time to answer all our questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. I can highly recommend Quality Eco Technologies based on this experience. I wish I could give a shout-out to our installer but Trustpilot's guidelines specifically prohibit mentioning names.
