The glasses came out great. I did however have to call a number of times to make sure they would be done on time. I had to call more than once to get an answer. But I did receive them on time.

I had my company logo engraved on a few dozen pint glasses, and the quality was just not that great. The logo wasn't straight on many of the glasses - it curved upward on the ends. On a few of them, the logo was actually messed up looking, with the words being squished and not looking like the logo at all. Ended up handing them out to employees rather than bringing them to the conference we were planning to hand them out at.
