Ana Ruiz followed up my quote request with a personal phone call. She worked with me and her designers to get my logo looking perfect. She also worked to find me a comparable product to stay within my budget. My shipment arrived before I even expected it. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the service at Quality Imprint and would definitely work with them in the future.

If there was a complaint I have it's that Quality imprint is /too/ helpful! They were so quick to communicate and check on things that sometimes I just wasn't available to respond as quickly as they could. But if I had to pick a side to error on, that's certainly not a bad thing. Good prices, very attentive responses and problems were resolved quickly.

I recommend Quality Imprint to everyone. My stemless glass giveaways for my wedding were perfect. All my guests loved it and It arrived on time with no damage. It was well packed and the glasses were made in high quality.
