Stay away from this company as they incompetent and have zero customer service. Better to spend a little extra money and deal with engine firm that will provide you with you pay for instead of using this joke of a company.

I purchased a engine on the 23 of September. It wasn't posted until the 28th . I tried numerous times to get shipping information but got the run around . The information given was to another guys purchase . A guy named George in tacoma . I tried calling and was hung up on 6 times .no one would answer the questions or give me a email response. I've tried everything to get my order and finally asked for my money back . No response and my money has not been put back on my account . I have no other choice but to hire my attorneys to go after my money . Its costing me more money now . I highly recommed another choice as these guys are crooks . Shady business . These people can't even call back .so I'm off to my attorney office .. I'll sue them for my time off and attornies time and costs . Don't buy from these guys unless you can afford to give your money away .

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! We spent $4500 on an Audi engine that is basically junk. The timing chain, camshaft, and crankshaft all needs replaced (estimated cost of $5000) When I originally filled the warranty claim with Scott it was to be covered and they were going to send a replacement engine. After 5 months of phone calls no replacement was sent and now I’m told it’s not covered😡😤 The customer service is horrible, that’s when you can actually get a hold of anyone to talk to. My experience was lie after lie after lie!!!

The absolute WORST customer service. Their little man said things to me over the phone I can't even repeat here, but let's just say he wouldn't DARE say these things to my face. That's right - a "professional" company sent the WRONG engine I needed and argued with my mechanic that they sent the right one. Then, they took forever to finally pick up their WRONG engine (without any notice), then they only refunded LESS than HALF what was owed. COMPLETE FRAUDS....

This company is a SCAM. Do not ordfer an engine from them. My story is similar to what others have said. They will first tell you your shipment is "delayed". Then you will be told your engine was shipped to the wrong place, or the wrong carrier picked up. I'm 6 weeks into the process and still do not have an engine, and nobody will give me information or talk with me. They hang up on me and will not return phone calls. I'm trying to get a refund and have asked my credit card company to get a refund. I plan to file complaints with BBB and the FBI.

I am highly disappointed with the way this company has given me the runaround and treated me it took me three days of calling three days of voice messages no one ever called me back just to find out on what date was my refund processed then I find out that they charged me a 25% cancellation fee!!!! That was $305 of a cancellation fee that was not made aware to me that they claim is in their contract I am not done with this company yet but I can definitely tell you to stay away from them and do not order from them because if you have to cancel your item you have to pull teeth without any Novocain to get a hold of anybody to get any answers for any refund issues the customer service is very rude they transfer you when you are midsentence they hang up on you seriously very disappointed from a customer standpoint!!!!

We order a motor Aug. 10th expecting to have a "Quality" engine in just a few weeks the joke was us. Fast forward 7 weeks, I receive a sad excuse of an engine that looks like it has spent its life in the harshest of environments. As expected I had to swap parts over and reuse some, problem with that the engine was so rusted that I ended up breaking a few bolts off. It desperately needed new exhaust manifold gaskets, but again the rust was too scary to even attempt in fear that it would be a machinist nightmare. Save your time, and spend your money elsewhere, their "Quality Used Engine" is sh-it. Now onto the customer service side, that's a nightmare in itself. Call to find where you're motor is, and after being on the phone for a good amount of time they say they are transferring you, only to get a message saying "that extension is not available" and the stupid system hanging up on you. So after that you're back to square one, trying to get ahold of an actual person. Just to try and track the engine that should have been here weeks ago.
