Good Even Mr. Spradling, We are a bit perplexed by your negative review as your Kong account is sitting at about a 10% profit currently. However, we do see losses on that same account, but these were not taken by our software. These were manual trades and other software systems which you seem to have running on the same account. We can analyze this easily as every trade taken by our software has a unique identifier code attached to it. On September 20th, your account was up 10%, at which time you withdrew that 10% profit (which is a great practice!). Unfortunately, from there your detailed trade report shows a variety of manual trades and other algorithms trading in the same account as your Kong software. These have been losing your money quite quickly. We highly recommend ceasing manual trading on your account and disconnecting other software systems which are clearly failing. For example... We see one single trade which lost -$3,548.16 on Sept 24, which was a manual trade taken on your account, not by our software. We also see three consecutive losing trades on the same date of between $-1,751 and -$1,760 each, which are also all manual trades. We additionally see other miscellaneous manual trade losses and losses by other software systems which are unrelated to ours. We also see pairs being traded which our system does not support (Kong only trades 4 approved and tested pairs, but your account history includes 7 pairs). We do of course want to see you have a positive experience with our system, but must politely point out that our software didn't lose you money: it made you a 10% return in fairly short order. We can't be sure why other algorithms were attached to your account, or why manual trades were taken, but we have no control over this as only you have access to your account. Had your account been managed properly (no manual trades and no other algorithms losing money on your account), your results in this same timeframe would have looked something like these - just two client account examples. In the "Orders" tab, we can see the details of each trade taken. Those taken by KONG will have "KONG" plus an identifier number in the "Comment" column. Those taken manually generally have no information. Those taken by other algorithms will have a different identifier. If you segregate only those trades taken by Kong, the returns are actually quite profitable... again, about 10% from August 15 through Sept 20th. https://www.fxblue.com/users/jaredmt4 10% in about 4 weeks equates to an approximate projected annual return of 130% using Kong. Perhaps user error was involved here, and we do offer extensive training and 1-1 onboarding for every client, so we are more than happy to get you set up again and back to earning 5 - 10% monthly returns as you were prior to manual trades and other algorithms being connected to your account.

Good Afternoon, We are sorry you had a negative experience, but there may be some confusion. We have no client by the name of Logan Rosenthal. Regarding FXblue and Myfxbook, neither platform can be manipulated, especially when using live (or "real") accounts (versus demo accounts). We simply use FXblue because we prefer it. None of the owners of Quantum personally use myfxbook because we prefer the way fxblue presents data, and find it to be more accurate and up to date as compared to myfxbook, but ultimately both platforms serve the same purpose. If you are indeed a client and have perhaps used a pseudonym for the sake of this review, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can connect. A loss of that size would not be possible using a proper broker and settings, and we'd like to be sure you are set up properly, or you may qualify for a refund (our only stipulation being settings must have been "conservative" not "high risk / agressive").
