We're in a world now (post-COVID) where this virtual MD access is required and welcomed. I don't know about you, but I use this service to ensure that my family and I are safe, that we are being talked to by a medical professional, and that we don't waste our time or risk being in the emergency room. The pricing is correct; the video claims that it is half the price of an urgent care clinic, but I believe the savings for me were much lower (unfortunately, I don't have the best coverage). This service isn't good for clear emergencies, but for anything minor, prescriptions, check-ups, or little scares, it's a perfect and safe alternative to going into the actual hospital. I would recommend it to anyone at any time.

I think that this is a great idea I also think as a mom with three young boys that it makes more sense for me to be at home talking to a doctor then having to wait at the ER or walk-in clinic or at my family doctors or pediatrician in the waiting room for hours and hours with three rambunctious children who are maybe not feeling well or maybe just one isn't feeling well and two are fine and as a single parent is very frustrating and very trying to control those children and it's also an inconvenience to the people around us who may not be feeling well also. I also think that this is a great idea because when people are sick like the covid pandemic we aren't spreading it around because we're seeing a doctor right in our living room opposed to going out into the general public where we may be spreading a sickness we are aware of or unaware of.

BEWARE! This company will take your money and pray you dont have a issue. If you do you will never get your money back. This company has no support and thats the plan, take you money and do everything necessary to keep it. Once you chargeback they will blacklist you until you pay them $100 dollars. This bordline scam. Do not use if you can help it.

The advertisement was appropriate. It was straightforward and included pertinent details on the service. The voice acting fit the tone of the ad and the process of how to sign up was straightforward. This was a well-done advertisement.

quick.md is a great service that allows for highly effective virtual visits with medical professionals. This is great for people who are not well enough to visit hospitals and/or would like to make doctor visits more accessible to those who can not meet in person. Whatever the case is this application provides benefit for all those who are in medical care.

I have no health insurance so going through quick MD I thought would solve my problem . The Suboxone clinics in my state charge by the week . I could not afford to pay $125 a week plus the cost of my prescription, quick MD was costing $99 per month. After a lot of trouble setting up a drugstore to fill my y prescription, Walmart $453 for 60. The next month Walmart refused to fill the prescription and no other drugstore would fill so went back to buying off the street so I wouldn't relapse back to heroin, turned out cheaper to buy off street. Now been waiting months to have my $99 refunded . Quick MD refused to even help find a drugstore or online company to fill prescriptions now they can no longer prescribe in my state.

Dr Funsch yesterday prescribed me a diet medicine that is on BO in the entire country. When i emailed for him to change the prescription to what the insurance company is recommending hD is telling me to Switch pharmacy. This is not a pharmacy issue its a country wide BO that any physician that carried would not prescribe. Why is changing a prescription so hard . They are basically thieves wont refund but they didnt fulfill service . They provided me with zero service and wont fix . Ill be contacting BBB And department of Health . This is medical FRAUD .
