I needed to fax some forms during an incredibly stressful time. This is was much easier than having to go to a store to do it. Pretty sure it cost less too. Will definitely use again.

Easy to use but I expected the service to permit me to type a cover page. Since it does not I wound up sending the fax a second time with my own FAX cover page. The price feels a little high but not bad and worth it to be able to send a fax from home without an unnecessary account. Here is a positive note, this is an addition to my original comment. Quickfax read my review and agrees with my comment regarding a cover page and are going to work on adding this feature.

Very easy to send. One of the few fax services that is pay per fax instead of a time period. It's 2026! The one page I sent did take a little time, but I'd say it's about the same time it would have taken to send a physical fax.

It was slow. It refused to let me halt and resend a smaller size fax. You must give guidance on the size of the recommended fax and allow us to halt and restart with a new file. Don't expect me to use you again

When I tried to fax the night before (Sunday night) to a company’s fax machine, it was off. The next morning (Monday), I tried it again, and it went through! I was extremely happy with the service! Doing it online is a lifesaver, and the price is pretty good!
