I called was on hold for 10 minutes. The system then asked if the number I was calling from a good call back number. With a few hours a gal named Terra called back and took care of all my questions. Very nice gal who takes pride in her job.

It took a very long time to wait on the phone for a live person. Often I had to leave a message or my return phone number. The return call took often days not hours. But when I did speak to a live person they were helpful with my questions and resolutions.
