Hi Adam, We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty processing your medical marijuana card with us. QuickMedCards is an online platform that helps patients get certified for their medical marijuana prescriptions with our available licensed medical professionals. The patients still need to register and get approved by the state in order to get their medical marijuana cards. We try our best to help each patient get the certification needed, but we also have to follow the guidelines of the state on how to qualify each applicant. I also see that we already processed a refund of your payments since you can't go further with the application at this time due to the lack of required documents.
