Not fault of customer service rep. Poor exchange policy for e-commerce. Quin has no brick and mortar overhead so there is no excuse good enough.

Cool helmet bad sound quality.

Best helmet I've owned. Only thing I would ask for more is that the headphones max volume be raised.

Hi, the entire and overall experience & sale was outstanding. Clear, simple and quick. It this particular time, getting a helmet online, it’s not easy task and choice. As I have been following the development of Quin design new helmet, I could not wait to see for myself the desire to get one. Well, it surpassed my expectations and I have Arai helmets . From the design, weight, quality and service.. it was just a pleasure to have got one. Not to mention how the whole Bluetooth works and built in and integrated is... I will surely get more , no doubt about it. Thank you team Quin, and special thanks to Hannah! Sandro

The helmet is excellent quality and Bluetooth works well. I have owned other manufacturer helmets and this one feels like it was designed for a close fit and minimal wind noise.

Love this helmet. I have had Arai, HJC and Shoei brands and this is by far the most comfortable I've worn. Great sound and clarity while moving and most people who happen to ring while I'm on the bike do not realize I am moving. Highly recommend!
