Complete scam. Advertised as free. My daughter wasted hours making a quiz to help her study then finds out it’s a disgusting scam.

There are many free quiz makers out there. I wanted to try build a survey with a leaderboard and quiz-maker.com claimed to have this feature. However, the free version is very limited so I opted for a trial so that I can try to build my survey. I did not notice the reminder e-mail and - next thing you know - I as charged 600$ for a full yearly subscription. I saw the charge and immediately contacted them. I explained that I only needed the one survey and I would be OK with paying for a month or two, but not a full year. They asked me to cancel and provide some details. This was two weeks ago and since then I have not received any confirmation or information. They have ignored my other e-mails. Update: four months later and they still are ignoring all of my e-mails, even though they initially said that I could receive a refund if I stopped using the tool (which I did).

I made a free trial subscription to this website (which I think is well done) and received a confirmation e-mail that said I would have got an e-mail reminder before the expiring of the trial period. They did not send me this VERY IMPORTANT reminder and I forgot to disable the subscription (and I was no longer using the service). That's how they took 600€ from my credit card, and after I finally managed to contact them (not easy thing, they have very little info about them on the website, just a contact form) they decided to refund me half the price (less than 300€). They said they were "hurt" because I called it a "scam". They are not even answering to my requests of further explaination. I really think they should be ashamed of how they manage their business and the customer support. BE CAREFUL. Not trustworthy.
