Definitely not the easiest thing I have ever done. It was a mess from the beginning but in the end I did get a loan. Probably will look elsewhere next time

As a new customer, I'm mostly satisified with my experiences with Quontic bank so far. I have had some difficulty finding information on the website and have had to email customer service to find answers to a couple of questions. They've responded promptly though with helpful answers. Also, you must initiate external transfers from your other institution though you can wait 30 days and then request to have the external transfer feature added to your account.

Just opened account. So far seems to be okay. Waiting to see daily interest compounded.

Love everything so far just a little work getting my account fully funded with the deposti restrictions.

Still not able to add an external account so I can add more funds to my account…I used my checking account for the original deposit; I called the customer service number and they indicated I should be able to add an external account so I can transfer more funds into my savings account; however, it’s been weeks and the online application will still not allow me to add an external account..

Good rate and information on the website

I was pleased that it was simple to create an account and how easy it was to transfer money from my bank account. My only concern was the timing of the money being transferred. I applied for a 3.3% 5-year CD but by the time my money transferred the CD rate had crashed down to 2.2%. That was pretty disappointing and even caused me to consider canceling the CD and pulling the money out to wait for a better rate later.
