I had an excellent experience with Quintry. All items were carefully packed, with each sneaker individually wrapped, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. The delivery time was fast, and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable shipping service!

It's pretty much an unreliable company. I made an order, and Qwinty just cancelled it as "you don't need it; the seller rating on Trustpilot is low." They should stop patronising customers—I do know what I am buying and what it is for.

Hello, Evgenii! You placed your order with the Shopping help service, and Qwintry operators take full responsibility for purchasing goods in a specific store, paying for orders with the company's bank cards and indicating the address of our warehouse. As part of the Shopping help service, we try to make purchases in reliable stores with high ratings and as few negative reviews from other buyers as possible. This way, we try to minimize the risk of receiving a low-quality product and avoid problems with delivery and returns. Unfortunately, we had similar unpleasant experience, and more than once. The store you have chosen has a large number of negative reviews, customers complain about poor service and useless support in solving problematic situations. We offered to purchase these goods for you at your own risk and responsibility, but you refused.

Calculator on site said 70$, in chat they said 300$, is result - 700+$. Trying to cancel my order or make a deal - no respond. + cost to holding my parcel and canceling because of them. Not recommend at all, not professional, expensive, slow, rude.

Hello, Arseniy! We understand that the actual shipping cost for your parcel was significantly higher than you expected. The reason is that for non-standard items (which your item was), shipping costs are calculated based on dimensional weight. We have a special calculator for such packages on our website: https://qwintry.com/en/dim-weight. We always recommend customers to check the dimensions of their items before placing an order or sending a package. As we see, your parcel was sent back to the store. However, the warehouse associates took a long time to process the request, as they were overloaded at that time, which led to the start of paid storage. We have returned the amount debited from your account (paid storage + special request fee) back to your balance. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. Thank you.

They work very slowly. They process and pack parcels for more than a week, then they can lie in the logistics hub for weeks. And the prices are very high.

I do not recommend delivery by the qwintry flash. My parcel was at the consolidation hub at least three weeks. More efficiently will be sending the parcel with another forwarding service
