Mike was great. I didn't realize that the guys are in Austria, but prompt none the less. My truck runs great. I got the level 4 with the transmission tune. That transmission tune has completely changed the driving expierence of the 68RFE. No more slushy feeling and full lock up from second gear on. I highly recommend getting that tune of nothing else.

Great tuner! I purchased for a Dodge ram 3500 6.7 cummins. Its hard to spend this kind of money the these but I am glad I did. It helped me address a few dct's and changed misc settings to help utilize some performance with better milage per gallon.
