Hello Fletcher, We are sorry to hear that your experience with us has been less than excellent so far and would like to work with you to resolve the issue. We took a look in our system and weren't able to find an account or support ticket with your name. When you have a few minutes, please submit a ticket with us so we can assist with this issue. Please note we strongly recommend submitting support tickets before leaving reviews on our services. Best wishes, Evan McManus Co-Owner Snakecraft Hosting Team

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our VPS hosting services. We greatly value your input as it helps us identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall experience for our customers. We understand your concern regarding the ease of uploading and mounting custom ISOs. Currently, due to limitations with our control panel, VirtFusion, this feature is not as straightforward as we would like it to be. We recognize the importance of this functionality for advanced users and sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is continually working towards finding solutions to integrate more user-friendly features within the constraints of our current systems. While the process of requesting through a ticket, as mentioned in our FAQ and reiterated in our recent live chat with you, is necessary at this time, we are actively seeking ways to streamline this process. Your experience and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. If there is anything more we can do to assist you or if you have further suggestions, we are more than willing to listen and adapt. We hope you will consider our efforts to address your concerns and the promptness of our support in reconsidering your review. We are committed to providing the best service possible and your revised feedback would greatly aid us in this mission. Thank you again for choosing our hosting service. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and look forward to offering you an even better experience in the future. Please do not hesitate to ask questions via a ticket in our customer portal. We want to get you going with your custom ISO! :) EDIT 2/28/24: Users can now upload their custom ISOs using a direct download link and placing the URL in the Media tab of the VPS panel.
