Update: they reshipped my oder and I received everything. So I'm updating to 4 stars, minus one because I wasn't able to reach them initially. I really want to like this company and they seem to have good supplements when you get them. I started with a small order, when that went well I placed a lil bigger order again received as planned. But this 3rd time the biggest order yet, I didn't receive. I've emailed the company twice with no response! They don't have a phone number so I can't call and talk to anyone! It is now over a week past when it was to arrive and I can't get any response from the company. So disappointed! So if this post makes it to them, I would like my products or a refund on order #25012 placed on 5/12

I was looking for something clean and affective and found this company through a friend that does intensive research, so far very good my hot flashes are gone and I’m feeling so much better. Very grateful for this product and its convenient capsule form.

The company & customer service is incredible. The product is easy to dispense and it’s creamy. Quality ingredients that help my body to balance. Im so thankful for this product.

I was not happy when I found out that I was put on a automatic subscription when I decided to try the progestrone cream. I now have two unused creams and the company is not willing to do any refunds. I would not recommend this company for hormone health.

The new platform is really confusing. I didn't know the log in to OTC and RX were different. Definitely not as easy to use as it used to be. Also, disappointed that I'm unable to get Biest 1mg, only 5mg is available. :( So I need to try to use 1/2 pump, which... not sure how accurate I'm being. Customer service is wonderful and very helpful though!!

So far so good! My only issue was that I didn’t need my first auto fill, so I canceled that feature. I’m on my second month and I’ve experienced subtle improvements. I’m looking forward to month 3!
