They do not have a license in several states including Florida
First the customer service was great. The reason I write this is because I went through the prescription process with the doctors. Then talked with the twice to insure they had all the paperwork needed. Then at the very last minute they told me they could not service Florida and several other states. Now I have to start over. Why don't they put this on the website and also inform the clients before they go through all of this work.

Hi Shawn, you're raising a completely valid point. State-by-state licensing rules can limit where care is available, but you should have been made aware of that much sooner in the process. We are taking a closer look at how and when this is communicated so situations like this are less likely to happen. We are sorry for the inconvenience and the time this caused you to lose. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
