Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We do take reviews positive and negative seriously. We requested through Trustpilot to get more information as to what your order reference number is, and your information so we could better assist you in this situation. Unfortunately, Trustpilot indicated that no new information was provided on your behalf through Trustpilot's find reviewer tool. The reference number you provided does not match the order reference number generated from our website. If you are able to provide us with more information, we can help assist in resolving your issue with the vendor that you had troubles with in eBay. Please email us at [email protected] and we would be glad to help further assist you in resolving this issue.

Hi Allen, Thank you for sharing your experience purchasing a Raion Power replacement battery through www.raiongroup.com We ship orders 5 days a week from our centrally located warehouse. In addition, the carriers we utilize use tracking numbers so you know where your shipments are. Shipping carriers across the board are seeing much higher volume of packages due to an increase in online shopping caused by COVID-19. We do understand this, and we try to ship the packages with priority services to try and get the products to you faster. Thank you for bringing this up, and we will try our best to investigate with our representative from the carrier to see how we can mitigate this in the future. We hope to supply more batteries to you in the future! Thank you

Hi Gregory, Thank you for sharing your positive shopping experience on www.raiongroup.com You are correct that one of the two batteries that you had ordered unfortunately got damaged. Because the damage was reported 3 months after it was delivered, we agreed to see if a damage claim would be issued by the shipping company. You provided the damage pictures and we tried to file a UPS claim on your behalf, but since the damage was reported 3 months after delivery, UPS unfortunately denied the claim. Your replacement battery has arrived without damage and we are glad we were able to get you taken care of. We look forward to doing business with you again in the future!
