Hood came scratched and management doesn’t know how to source local metal workers to fix

Range Hood Master was so easy to work with, from custom design to delivery. They kept me informed every stage of the project, sent me drawings to approve, and delivered a beautiful one-of-a-kind custom hood for our new kitchen on time for installation. They are responsive and timely with answering any and all questions, and have the friendliest customer service representatives. I have received so many compliments on our hood and have referred friends to the company. If I were to ever need a new hood again, I would definitely purchase through Range Hood Master again.

Range hood Master was absolutely amazing! I found them through a simple google search when the traditional big box hood stores were just not hitting the mark for my new kitchen! The communication and help they provided was excellent! Shipping and packaging was amazing and the quality of my new range hood is unbelievable! It’s really the star of the new kitchen! Everyone says they’ve never seen anything like it!

Rangehoodmaster was very responsive,(within 24 hours ), to our questions from the pre-order phase to the final order and delivery. They required approval at every phase. The entire order was completed online, including expediting our order. Pictures were provided prior to delivery and the rangehood was delivered ahead of time. It was packaged extremely secure. Our rangehood is gorgeous! It is definitely the jewelry of our kitchen. Everyone who sees it compliments us on its’ beauty.

Every step of this journey - from finding RangeHood Master online, to emailing them numerous questions about our specific needs, to requesting color samples, to understanding the install process including the fan insert, and delivery details-was incredible! We knew we wanted a statement piece to complement our kitchen renovation and have never ordered a custom exhaust system before. But everyone along the way made us feel at ease and they quickly earned our trust. They were always focused in our satisfaction, our questions, provided ALL the information we or our contractors needed. And it was seamless! Just as they said online it would be. We are delighted with the results! And aside from the aesthetics, the exhaust fan insert is quiet and oh so effective. We live in a condo building and now our neighbors cannot tell if we make bacon, salmon, or sausage because the odors do not linger anymore! 10/10 in every category no doubt! Thanks to your entire team at RangeHood Master for helping make our dream kitchen a reality.

Always a little scary ordering something like this online, but your team assured me that I was getting a top-of-the-line product, and I was not disappointed. It is the jewel of the kitchen

Range Hood Master is so wonderful to work with! Their team is very responsive and accommodating, and their shop drawings and detailed estimates are very helpful in finalizing the design. The process is smooth and easy, from quoting to fabrication and delivery. And the products are beautiful! I have specified four of their hoods now for kitchens I've designed, and they are a wonderful addition to the spaces. Highly recommend!

Everyone was communicative and helpful as our project dragged out a bit and we had to fine tune details multiple times.
