well I thought the rope would be a tight braided rope I planned to tie to a tree and use for my dog to play tuggawar and for some dog toys. I bought 50 feet. Well the rope isn't ment for tieing to a tree and when I went to try and make toys in the videos you have on your web site well I made the mistake of removing the tape on the end and everything came undone and now I have a pile of cotton strans. I suppose for some people the rope is a good product but for me I wouldn't buy again.

Hello Sharon, Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is common knowledge that twisted cotton rope should not be untaped at the ends. It is purposely taped when the rope comes off of the rope-making machine, to secure and protect the ends. This is not a product issue. All companies who sell rope secure the ends, otherwise, all rope would be unraveled at the ends when purchased. Regards, Customer Support

Ravenox has the best quality cotton rope hands down. I use it to make toys for my parrots and for crafts. It’s soft, colorful and easy to work with. They’re the best.

Stalker 101. I placed items in my cart to order. Received a phone call from them not even 20 minutes later on a Thursday night at 9:18PM asking about if I had any questions on the application I filled out online. Which I didn’t fill out anything online, I had only placed 6 items in my cart. Received another phone call today (5 days later) about items that I left in my cart. Ummmm miss ma’am, I didn’t leave anything in my cart. I closed out the tab and I have NO INTEREST in placing any orders with a company who must be desperate for sales. Hard pass!!! After reading all these other reviews, I’m glad I didn’t waste money with doing business with this company after the way they replay to customers who leave honest reviews.

Hello Sally, It is our practice to contact customers when items are "left in their carts", to ensure they are aware, as many customers we contact are not aware. Fortunately, we are not desperate for sales. It was simply a follow-up courtesy call. We are proud of the hundreds of great reviews we receive. Regards, Customer Support
