Ordered many times for wholesale rope, etc and anytime I had even the slightest issue there was a customer service woman who contacted me after hours (night and weekends) to help get it fixed. So not only is their rope quality top notch, they really do make sure all customers are taken care of. This is the kind of business that I can get behind to supply us!

Balls look good for coastal farmhouse decor. Will add color and variety. Do appear a little expensive.

I have two Ravenox dog leads right now (6' and 25'); just bought another(10'). Great hand-feel. Not too thin (read it's strong enough) for my 70lb pitbull puppy. The hardware is nice and substantial - not cheap or flimsy at all! I've gotten comments on how nice the leads look. I wish there were a 50' lead as my dog trainer suggests to work on recall.

I never received this. Fake company
Reply from RavenoxSep 6, 2021
Hello Max, We are very disappointed to see this 1-star review. This is not a fake Company. We informed you on August 3rd, that UPS lost the package. We included the tracking information provided by the carrier. We would hope you reconsider this review since there would be no way for us to know that you "did not" received the product unless you informed us. We emailed you an did not receive a reply. The following is the email we forwarded on August 3rd. ================== Aug 03 09:54 am(assign) Hello Max, The manager received communication from UPS, and they are conducting an investigation. UPS stated that they believe the package may have been delivered on or around the July 15th, based on the last scan of the tracking number. They said that the driver may have forgot to scan it when the package was dropped off. We want to ask that you check with any other employees that may have received the rope and inform us if it is located. Unfortunately, if UPS is not able to find the package it will take us another 30 days to make a replacement since these spools are made to order. We can either wait a day or two to see if UPS is able to locate the package or we can issue a refund. Please let us know if you you want to wait for a new spool to be made. Best Regards, Customer Support ================== We take pride in our product and services. Regards, Customer Support
