I love this company!!!
I love this company!!!! I use their twisted cotton ropes in all of my fiber arts projects, and the quality can't be beat. I also love that they're based in the US, and run by women - and veterans! Customer for life here!

Carole in customer service is a gem
Carole in customer service is a gem! She should get a large raise and bonus! Here is my tale: Friday I went to your site. I filled out email hoping to get a discount code/coupon. Got nothing. Later Friday I ordered my product. No email confirmation or any response. Yes, spam mail folder always checked. What did I get? I got a survey email Then I get a 15% off Black Friday email. Called 800 number and it went immediately to voicemail. Sunday I got a cyber Monday email and just now got another cyber Monday 20% off email. Never got a call back, so I sent another email, this time to Customer Service and Carole called me immediately Carole resolved the issue with her manager and awaiting my product on Wednesday. Thanks

I had a experience in the checkout process but the customer service folks helped resolve it quickly. Thanks to them, I am eagerly awaiting my purchases in time to train a new pup.
