By far the worst service I have ever experienced. They use misleading language, flat out lie about key details, shipped various damaged products, don't inform about products not being in stock and lie about the refund. there are thieves whose instruments are just gathering rust and dust. unplayable and disgusting. Never again!!!

Amazing drums, and amazing customer service. When I had an issue with my drum, they replaced it under the warranty with no issue. Made the process really seamless.

Bonjour alors quelle expérience car acheter un instrument à 900€ sur un site ...ça m a posée .souci ..surtout quand j ai appris que je devais patienter deux mois car pas de stock dispo..ou on me proposait une autre gamme ..j ai paniquê. arnaque?? mais Non!! absoulument pas .un site sécurisê ..avec un service client soutenant ..professionnel ...J ai reçu mon instrument hier. Il est magnifique..de bonne qualitê... n hésitez pas..Rav Drum est exceptionnel..service client si gentil .et compréhensif .merci 🙏🏼💖 Hello! What an experience—buying a €900 instrument online made me a bit nervous... especially when I found out I’d have to wait two months because it was out of stock, or was offered a different model instead... I panicked—was it a scam? But no!! Absolutely not. It’s a secure site with supportive, professional customer service... I received my instrument yesterday. It’s magnificent... great quality... The Rav Anima arrived finally in good condition it was worth the waiting. It's my second one and I love the 5 chords on top. The communications about delays was good and did only trigger my eager to get one lol. It's now my second one beside the Rav Marmara. Rob

I have 3 rav drums now including the anima, they are all well and exquisitely crafted. In my recent experience, we had aome issues with delays due to the war and other logistics. Kate the customer service rep went above and beyond in helping to reassure me and track the issue. Im really greatful for her or my experience would have been much worse.
